SMT assembly
We are equipped with 5 high-capacity SMT lines, whose performance and products are continuously monitored and recorded by the proprietary QaS+ system.
THT assembly
Our THT department has several lines, each serviced by ESD assembly stations with tracking of assembly steps and components.
Depaneling
We perform panel separation trough a high-tech process validated with bending stress tests.
ICT testing & Flying Probe
We take care of parametric testing and programming developing dedicated interfaces according to customer specifications.
SPECIAL PROCESSES & ASSEMBLY
We independently develop special lines and machines dedicated to:

assembly of details,

dispensing of pastes and resins,

screwing,

electrical tacking.

LASER, OPTICAL & FUNCTIONAL
Upon customer specification, we carry out optical and laser testing, dedicated to:

product identification,

presence/position control,
-
welding quality control,
-
other checks (flatness, polarity, etc.).

CONFORMAL COATING
We have developed a line consisting of:

multi-rack loading and unloading modules,
-
double precision valve machine,
-
triple de-gassing conveyor,
-
drying oven,
-
optical inspection.
